The XL-2520PDC/T is a 2520 package through-hole miniature butterfly infrared receiver tube launched by XINGLIGHT, with dimensions of 2.1*2.3*2.6*?1.8mm, featuring a black colloid design, peak sensitivity wavelength of 880nm, spectral bandwidth of 700-1100nm, and corresponding photocurrents of 300-400μA and 500-600μA for 850nm/940nm infrared light respectively.
